Volleyball Recap: Olympic Find Success

Olympic's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the West Mecklenburg Hawks. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.

Olympic walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 15-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Olympic's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for West Mecklenburg, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympic will take on Parkland at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Mecklenburg, they will face off against Harding University at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
