South Broward benefitted from Luechauer in 5-4 win
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday John Luechauer stepped things up a notch to give South Broward the 'W'. Luechauer did his part (and then some), not allowing a single earned run and only one hit over four innings pitched for the 'W'.
Luechauer and South Broward will be playing in front of their home fans against Westminster Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Luechauer has dominated as far as hits are concerned (he's averaged 1.1 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Westminster Academy has only allowed 7.43 per game this season.
