Basketball Recap: Gibraltar Takes a Loss

Gibraltar was the 56-44 winner over Wabeno/Laona when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Gibraltar Vikings had to suffer through a 74-45 loss at the hands of the Wabeno/Laona Rebels. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gibraltar's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Wabeno/Laona, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gibraltar will head out to take on Peshtigo at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wabeno/Laona, they are taking a road trip to face off against Sevastopol at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
