Basketball Recap: Worcester Tech Comes Up Short

Worcester Tech lost against South back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Worcester Tech Eagles took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Colonels.

Worcester Tech's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for South, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. Worcester Tech knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Advanced Math & Science Academy likes a good challenge. As for South, they will challenge Malden Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Malden Catholic will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something South surely won't give up without a fight.
