Softball Recap: Callisburg Comes Up Short

Callisburg fell victim to Paradise and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 18-0. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured eight losses in a row.

Callisburg's record now sits at 2-10. As for Paradise, their record now sits at 14-6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Callisburg is set to take on their familiar foe Whitesboro at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Paradise will square off against rival Ponder at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Paradise 2, Ponder 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
