Volleyball Recap: South Elgin Triumphs

South Elgin won the last time they faced Glenbard East and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Storm came out on top against the Rams by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Storm.

The win didn't come easy: Glenbard East scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19.

Camryn Boyd paced South Elgin's offense, picking up nine kills. Boyd got some help from Paige Genke and her 28 assists.

Despite the loss, Glenbard East had strong showings from Taylor Griffith, who had seven digs and seven assists, and Jess Larson, who had three digs and two aces.
