Softball Recap: HCYA Takes a Loss

HCYA was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Episcopal Knights, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Episcopal this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-5 on April 1st.

HCYA saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kiran Kyham, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

HCYA's loss dropped their record down to 22-9-4. As for Episcopal, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

As of now, neither HCYA nor Episcopal have any future games scheduled.
