Deshler won the last time they faced Florence and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Deshler was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13.

Olivia Adams paced Deshler's offense, picking up seven kills. Adams got some help from Makayla Willingham and her 13 assists. Julia Petty controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Deshler's win bumped their record up to 35-10. As for Florence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-26.

Deshler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Florence, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lexington on the 11th.
