It was a good run, but Community Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak dating back to last season on Monday. They fell 12-7 to the Alexander Christian Academy Crusaders. The loss was the Warriors' first of the season.

Mason Maltba made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Thomas, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-4.

Having lost for the first time this season, Community Christian Academy fell to 2-1. As for Alexander Christian Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, Community Christian Academy will challenge The Master's Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be The Master's Academy's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Alexander Christian Academy, they will take on Rockwell Christian School at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
