Babcock waltzed into their matchup on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They never let the Lehigh Lightning get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 21-4 on March 3rd.

Babcock's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Lehigh, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Babcock will take on DeSoto County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lehigh, they will challenge North Port at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
