Basketball Recap: Salem Comes Up Short

Salem lost against Poplarville back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats took a 48-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salem will host Wilkinson County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Poplarville, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Mize at 7:30 p.m.
