Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask University). They never let the Mission Bears onto the board and left with a 3-0 win on Saturday. The result kept the Red Devils happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 5th.

University's victory bumped their record up to 4-1-2. As for Mission, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, University and Tamalpais will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 3:15 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Mission, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lincoln at 3:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Mission's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
