Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hanahan). They blew past the Timberland Wolves, posting a 49-20 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their seven-point performance the game before.

Isaiah Snodgrass was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 179 yards and four TDs. Those 179 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Jesiah Smith got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Hanahan moved to 2-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Timberland, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Hanahan will head out to square off against Andrews at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Hawks are facing the Yellowjackets at the right time seeing as the Yellowjackets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Timberland, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Burke at 7:30 p.m. on October 3. The Wolves will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
