Volleyball Recap: Pine Ridge Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pine Ridge can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Winner Warriors on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Thorpes in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Pine Ridge took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-10, 25-19.

Pine Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 22-14. As for Winner, they pushed their record up to 25-6 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

Pine Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winner, they will take on Wagner on Tuesday.
