Basketball Recap: Clinton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cerro Gordo/Bement last Tuesday, Clinton came back down to earth. The Clinton Maroons took a 62-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Teresa Bulldogs on Thursday. The Maroons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 24-7. As for St. Teresa, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-7.

As of now, neither Clinton nor St. Teresa have any future games scheduled.
