Baseball Recap: Paulsboro Comes Up Short

Paulsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 16-0 to the Haddon Township Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in April.

Paulsboro's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Haddon Township, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-9.

Paulsboro has already played their next matchup, a 9-1 defeat against Gloucester City on the 6th. As for Haddon Township, they will face off against Gateway Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Hawks' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Gators have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season.
