Basketball Game Preview: West Milford Highlanders vs. Pascack Valley Panthers

West Milford hasn't had much luck against Pascack Valley recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The West Milford Highlanders will face off against the Pascack Valley Panthers. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

West Milford is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They strolled past Ramsey with points to spare, taking the game 57-43.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pascack Valley). They claimed a resounding 86-46 victory over Newton. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

West Milford is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. Pascack Valley's win bumped their record up to 10-4.

West Milford was taken down by Pascack Valley 67-37 when the teams last played back in January. Can West Milford avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
