Basketball Recap: Johnson County Comes Up Short

Johnson County lost to Chuckey-Doak on January 13th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Longhorns lost to the Black Knights at home by a 58-41 margin.

Johnson County has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season. As for Chuckey-Doak, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-11.

While Johnson County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
