Football Recap: North Polar Bears vs. St. Paul Knights
North was the 50-27 winner over St. Paul when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The North Polar Bears fell to the St. Paul Knights 18-12. The Polar Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
St. Paul was led to victory by Angelo Scavone and John Walsh Karam. Scavone rushed for 209 yards, while Walsh Karam threw for 45 yards and two touchdowns. The dominant performance gave Scavone a new career-high in rushing yards.
North now has a losing record at 1-2. As for St. Paul, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
North will head out to square off against Quaboag Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Paul, they will square off against Sutton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
