Football Game Preview: Charlevoix Rayders vs. Boyne City Ramblers + How To Watch

The Charlevoix Rayders will take on the Boyne City Ramblers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Charlevoix is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

While Charlevoix's win against Mancelona wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rayders narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Ironmen 15-12. The 15-point effort marked the Rayders' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Boyne City, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Morley Stanwood 28-0 on Friday. Given the Ramblers' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 190th, while the Mohawks are ranked 445th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Boyne City's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Charlevoix, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.
