Central posted their closest victory since March 5, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Parkview Vikings out 69-66. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Central's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points over those games. As for Parkview, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will head out to take on Ozark at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Ozark likes a good challenge. As for Parkview, they are taking a road trip to square off against Webb City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
