Basketball Recap: RHAM Comes Up Short

On Monday, the RHAM Raptors were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 51-50 to the E.O. Smith/Tolland Bucks.

RHAM's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for E.O. Smith/Tolland, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-3.

Looking ahead, RHAM won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Manchester at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Manchester knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 18 contests -- so hopefully RHAM likes a good challenge. As for E.O. Smith/Tolland, they will head out on the road to face off against Tolland at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
