Basketball Recap: University Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

University Christian lost against Ponte Vedra back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Christians fell 66-59 to the Sharks. The Christians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Maddox Palmer, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 15 boards for Ponte Vedra. With that strong performance, Palmer is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game. Ryan Speace was another key player, going 5-for-11 to rack up 15 points.

University Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Ponte Vedra, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. University Christian will host IMG Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ponte Vedra, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bartram Trail at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
