Volleyball Recap: Sacramento Takes a Loss

Sacramento was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Wood Wildcats.

While Sacramento was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-23.

Achilles Hardy paced Sacramento's offense, picking up two kills. Hardy got some help from Tavion Anthony and his two assists.

Sacramento's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wood, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Sacramento has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against River City on the 24th. As for Wood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Dixon on the 24th.
