Softball Recap: Decatur Golden Gators vs. Beamer Titans
While Decatur put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Beamer. The Golden Gators were the clear victors by a 22-0 margin over the Titans. The win continues a trend for the Golden Gators in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won five in a row.

Kahea Sharpe made a splash no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Sharpe was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two).
In other batting news, Audrey Deviney was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Sam Hackney was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, four RBI, and one double.
