Volleyball Recap: Butler Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Butler can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Pierce County Bears on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Butler's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Pierce County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-21 record this season.

Butler does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pierce County has already played their next matchup (against Franklin County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
