Tri-Cities Prep barely beat River View the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Jaguars were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Panthers on Friday. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Jameson Elliott, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. What's more, he posted three hits, the most he's had over his last nine matches. Hank Harkins also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Tri-Cities Prep's victory was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for River View, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Tri-Cities Prep beat the Panthers by a score of 7-2 later that day.
