Soccer Recap: Livingston Falls Short of Dixon in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Livingston can now relate to. They fell just short of the Dixon Rams by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Luis Salazar and Alejandro Avila scored both of Livingston's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Livingston's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Dixon, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-4.

Livingston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dixon, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Liberty Ranch on the 20th.
