Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Starts Season with Victory Against West End

Roosevelt gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the West End Wildcats.

West End's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Roosevelt and West End will both be playing Inwood Academy the next time they take the court. Roosevelt will head out to face Inwood Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while West End will host them at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th.
