Wheeling had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Saint Viator Lions by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 33-31.

Wheeling's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Saint Viator, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Wheeling has already played their next game (against Lake Forest Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Saint Viator, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Rolling Meadows on the 25th.
