Volleyball Recap: Piedmont Classical Comes Up Short

Piedmont Classical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 27, 2019, but that streak is no more.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-15.

Piedmont Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Triad Math and Science Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.

Piedmont Classical has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Cornerstone Charter on the 7th. As for Triad Math and Science Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Phoenix Academy on the 7th.
