Basketball Recap: Boys & Girls Finds Home Court Redemption Against Gaynor

There's no place like home for Boys & Girls, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against Gaynor by a score of 34-27 on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Kangaroos as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Boys & Girls' victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Gaynor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Boys & Girls and Gaynor's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Boys & Girls and Banneker Academy (who has only given up 24.56 points per game) will meet at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Gaynor will square off against Brooklyn Law & Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, a squad that's only allowed 26.75 points per game.
