Bel Air won the last time they faced Fabens and things went their way on Friday too. The Highlanders walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wildcats.

Emily Chavez paced Bel Air's offense, picking up five kills. Chavez got some help from Katherine Rios and her 11 assists. Chavez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Bel Air has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Fabens, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Coincidentally, Bel Air and Fabens will both be playing Canutillo the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Eagles at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Highlanders will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
