Basketball Recap: Wellsville Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Wellsville had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 61-52 victory over the Oak Glen Golden Bears on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-51 back in December of 2024.

Oak Glen's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Will Weekley, who posted 16 points. Noah Willey was another key player, putting up 15 points.
