Soccer Game Preview: Waco vs. Corsicana

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Waco take on the Corsicana at 1:45 p.m. on Friday...

Last Tuesday, Waco didn't have quite enough to beat Bryan and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Corsicana waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 5-2 margin over the Eagles. Considering the Tigers have won three matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit DeSoto with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Santiago Centeno (2), Giancarlo Zuniga, Chris Velasquez, and Juan Botello.

Corsicana's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Waco, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-2.
