Volleyball Recap: Katzenbach School for the Deaf Takes a Loss

Katzenbach School for the Deaf had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays. Katzenbach School for the Deaf hasn't had much luck with Lexington School for the Deaf recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Among those leading the charge was Amie Bahaga, who had six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

Lexington School for the Deaf's record now sits at 2-6.

Coming up, Katzenbach School for the Deaf will welcome Rhode Island School for the Deaf at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lexington School for the Deaf, they are taking a road trip to face off against Marie Philip at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
