Tabernacle had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Tuscaloosa Christian Warriors as they made off with a 15-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Torches, who have now won eight games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Tabernacle's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Tuscaloosa Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
