Volleyball Recap: Reno Comes Up Short

Reno saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of the Escalon Cougars by a score of 2-1. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Emma Rangel was the offensive standout of the match as she had 11 digs and four assists. Rangel is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 11 every time she's taken the court this season.

Reno's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Escalon, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Reno has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Del Oro on the 29th. As for Escalon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Windsor on the 29th.
