Soccer Recap: Arrowhead Falls Short of Madison West in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Arrowhead couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was the Madison West Regents who were credited with the win on Thursday. The Madison West Regents got it done in the shootout by posting six goals to the Arrowhead Warhawks' five. The loss was Arrowhead's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Arrowhead fell to 14-1-6. As for Madison West, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-2-2.

Arrowhead does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Madison West, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 loss against Muskego on the 21st.
