Basketball Recap: Jackson Takes a Loss

Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. The match between them and the Washington Blue Lions didn't end well, with the Jackson Ironman/Ironladies falling 33-16. The game marked the Ironman/Ironladies' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Washington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jackson will head out to square off against Piketon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Washington, they are taking a road trip to take on Zane Trace at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
