Softball Recap: Cypress Creek Coyotes vs. River Ridge Royal Knights
Cypress Creek hadn't done well against River Ridge recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Coyotes walked away with a 9-6 win over the Royal Knights. This was payback for the Coyotes, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.
Emily Bowling spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned runs on ten hits.
