Soccer Game Preview: Rock Bridge vs. Jefferson City

The Rock Bridge Bruins will challenge the Jefferson City Jays at 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday. Rock Bridge will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Rock Bridge beat Timberland 4-2. Given Rock Bridge's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked seventh, while Timberland are ranked 95th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Jefferson City was forced to settle for a draw. They and Hillsboro finished up their match with a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Jefferson City's draw makes their record 3-4-1 this season. As for Rock Bridge, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Everything went Rock Bridge's way against Jefferson City in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Rock Bridge made off with a 5-0 win. Do the Bruins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jays turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
