Softball Recap: Conway Wins Going Away Against Little Rock Southwest

While Conway put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Little Rock Southwest. The Wampus Cats were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Gryphons. The Wampus Cats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Conway is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Little Rock Southwest, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Coincidentally, Conway and Little Rock Southwest will both be playing North Little Rock the next time they take the field. The Wampus Cats will head out to face the Charging Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Gryphons will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
