Rhi Rubio was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Rubio has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. Rubio was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
