While Gleason's victory against Fulton County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs skirted past the Pilots 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Pilots: they've now won four in a row.

Gleason saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Morgan, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Gleason's victory bumped their record up to 5-12-1. As for Fulton County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3-1.

Looking ahead, Gleason will face off against West Carroll at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are facing the War Eagles at the right time seeing as the War Eagles are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Fulton County, they will take on Humboldt at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.06 runs per game on average), something the Pilots will no doubt try to take advantage of.
