Volleyball Recap: Fayetteville Christian Comes Up Short on the Road Against Mintz Christian Academy

Fayetteville Christian had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Mintz Christian Academy Lions, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-11, 25-11.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Resa Cleveland, who had ten digs and one assist.

Fayetteville Christian has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Arendell Parrott Academy on the 12th. As for Mintz Christian Academy, they will challenge Berean Baptist Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
