Basketball Recap: Tussey Mountain Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

Tussey Mountain had won three straight road games and Adyson Weyandt did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Tussey Mountain Titans came out on top against the Northern Bedford County Panthers by a score of 36-28 thanks in part to Weyandt, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine steals. Those nine steals gave her a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Karah Husick, who posted ten points in addition to five boards and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played.

Tussey Mountain's record now sits at 10-2. As for Northern Bedford County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.

Tussey Mountain will challenge Everett at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Northern Bedford County, they will square off against Southern Huntingdon County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
