Baseball Recap: Arab Now 9-1 over Last Ten Games

Arab barely beat Fairview the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Arab Knights were the clear victor by an 11-5 margin over the Fairview Aggies on Thursday. The Knights not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 4th.

Eric Dawkins made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four). He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Luke Hudson, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs. Noah Mann was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Arab has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. Fairview's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-11.
