Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Russellville

Russellville had won three straight games and EJ King did his part to make it four on Friday. The Russellville Golden Tigers had just enough and edged the West Point Warriors out 68-65 thanks in part to King, who posted 33 points. His evening made it 15 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Russellville's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for West Point, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-6.

Russellville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 92-86 victory against Hamilton on the 18th. West Point has also already played their next game, a 53-50 defeat against Holly Pond on the 24th.
