Campbell's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Waipahu Marauders. The high-scoring effort was just what the Sabers needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Campbell let Jayden Pacariem and Kalaeloa Kalua run wild. Pacariem scored a run while going 4-for-4, while Kalua scored four runs while going 1-for-4. Jonah Yacap was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-5.

The victory snapped Campbell's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-5 record. As for Waipahu, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Campbell is set to take on their familiar foe Pearl City at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Waipahu will square off against rival Leilehua at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
